Great movie. I watch it a second time, after a decent period of time, and there is just an avalanche of emotions.
Despite the defeat of critics, the film received and still will receive its viewer, who truly loved and lost. I had my first child with my first love, and then he died. I have never experienced such pain, such great pain. There was no more burning break.
The film is a bit with a different vector – it is about the entanglement of human relationships, about faith in God and all the thoughts that “play” at the same time, it is about finding yourself, about selfishness.
Flashbacks are very necessary here, they neatly bring the topic to a logical conclusion - the end. Here are magnificently revealed as actors Jessica Biel and Chris Evans. Very strong work. You don’t have to watch the movie because of them. And because here the only time in all to this day – a career – brilliantly played Jason Statham. I do not remember such an outburst of emotions – dialogues (albeit with mats – but organically here).
Very atmospheric music. The Crystal Method theme highlights this dialogue film. And directing and camera work - thought out to the smallest detail. It's a pity Hunter Richards doesn't shoot so much more and never see him at all.
As Michael Jackson said, “In a world full of hate, one must learn to hope.”
In a world full of evil, you have to forgive.
In a world full of despair, you have to dream.
In a world full of doubt, one must know how to believe.
Excellent drama in its infancy and competently implemented due to the ideological framework and acting.
Highest score.
