The serene life of French aristocrats, peisans and rentiers in a sunny area. Mironov’s hero is very serious in vaudeville-tragicomic circumstances, such roles are clearly his specialty. The decorations of the film are episodes with Lyudmila Gurchenko, Alice Freundlikh and Mikhail Kozakov.
A sample of refined escapism of late Soviet cinema. In some places, the perfectly shot unstressed calm nonsense that is the content of the film makes it suitable for relaxation as little as any other. It is somewhat knocked out of the video of the highway, which looks like a middle Russian suburban highway, along which wanderers in crews moved to the town.
