Che Guevaro is a documentary by Ferucio Valerio about a man whose face is familiar to everyone even today, decades after his death. Rebel, polyglot, athlete, doctor, statesman, Ernesto Guevara was a favorite of his people. He was addressed simply, "Hey boy!" (Che!), because he was "his own board," despite all his intellectual privileges and social status. In his own way, Che Guevara was the last romantic to ride his Rossinant (as he wrote in his farewell letter to his parents) and embark on an eternal quest for a land of freedom, equality and fraternity.
