The plot is predictable, the film is delayed. The humour was probably too American, because I wasn't funny in any place.
And most importantly - this is the great mistake in the program, because of which the whole fuss broke out.
So, one company undertakes to write a program for counting votes in the presidential election. Apparently, the company is quite well-known and respected, since it is entrusted with such a business. But in the end, it turns out that the company develops such a rudimentary program (the business of counting votes) with a mistake! And most importantly (here’s the climax!) – the mistake is somehow miraculously linked to the names of presidential candidates. I don't know how all the programmers who are developing this program had to get drunk, so that the percentage of votes cast for a candidate somehow depended on his name. In general, such blunders are still looking for, it greatly amused me ... and maybe that is why it is a comedy?

Just out of respect for the great Robin Williams.
