Sam has a tradition of spending several days each summer at the lake house where she grew up. This time, Sam takes his friends with him – together they relax from the city, sitting by the fire and telling scary stories. One of them is about Lake Sam, near which a series of brutal murders occurred many years ago. They soon realize that the old legend is coming true. They begin to disappear one by one.
