Deciding to release his cousin Sonny, caught during a routine raid on the city's dens, police officer Ty takes the money he was carrying to give it to Sonny's boss, Kwun, a notorious mobster. However, Tai’s girlfriend, Sioux-Yun, finds herself in a bank at the center of a robbery, and the entire huge sum of 3 million is taken away by unknown bandits in masks.
