This short film is a parody of the cult zombie horror Night of the Living Dead (1968). The director, who in his entire life shot only two works in a short meter, counting the one under consideration, where he simultaneously noted himself in the role of a TV journalist, acts correctly, understanding the essence of the buffoon. Before us unfolds an absurd sketch in black and white with fan love, gushing over the classics, amusingly exposing the familiar plot in a new light, showing sinister pieces of bread instead of the invasion of the living dead.
2 Thanks to such an idea, the plot of the tape several times perfectly shoots the ensuing consequences-jokes that turn the top of the bottom of the survival of a group of people on a lonely farm among the attacking loaves. After all, if in the original against zombies heroes shot off with weapons, now they disperse the ridiculous enemy with toasters turned on, and from the receiver the rules of behavior in this situation are familiar, but already repeating about caution with refrigerators, where packages of bread can hide.
It is especially reasonable to close your joke into a tiny frame in just eight minutes, to parody the original in a couple of scenes, giving out several anecdotal gags, and bypass the tension that could happen if the movie was full-length or a little longer in format.
4 In the end, pleasing laconic, the joke succeeded. It gives the opportunity to smile to everyone who knows the subject of ridicule by heart, and this is the main one, since professional large-scale parodies are created by eminent masters of this direction, when for a funny short film only two or three jokes from amateurs are important. The main thing is to accept the proposed absurd humor. Speaking about the horrors, then secretly they will be found, because the creators of the film spoiled a considerable amount of bread, and bread – all the head.
