That's Amore! is a reality television show that aired on MTV in early 2008. It is a spin-off of MTV's A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila. The show stars Domenico Nesci, who had been a contestant on A Shot at Love. One of the other contestants from the previous show, Ashley McNeely, helps Nesci find his true love as his consigliere. During the run of the series, 15 American women compete for Domenico's heart in a series of challenges. The winner was Megan Mirilovich.

A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila is an American reality television dating game show similar to the TV show The Bachelor. It premiered on October 9, 2007 on MTV starring Tila Tequila. The series is a bisexual-themed reality dating show where 16 hetero males and 16 lesbian-identified female contestants live in Tequila's house and compete for her attention and affection. The contestants were not aware of Tequila's bisexuality until the end of the first episode, after ten contestants had been eliminated. The remaining contestants, both male and female, then shared the same home for the remainder of the series. The ten episode series is produced by 495 Productions and MTV. I Love New York is a reality television series, which was first aired on VH1. It features Tiffany Pollard, who is in a quest to find her true love. This series is a spin off of another relationship competition series, Flavor of Love, which featured Pollard as a finalist in two consecutive seasons. Season 2's final episode was leaked to the internet a week before the TV air date. The winner of the show's first season,Tango failed to deliver as New York's soul mate and as the second season aired, Tailor Made was revealed as New York's chosen flame. During the taping of her latest show New York Goes to Hollywood, Weisgerber and Pollard somehow separated.
In addition to Pollard, a host of other individuals from Flavor of Love, including "Sister" Patterson, appeared on the show to help Pollard choose the right man. Mauricio Sanchez played New York's assistant, "Chamo," but only for the first season. The production of a second season of I Love New York was first announced during a commercial break for the April 29, 2007, episode of Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School.
