Dragged Across Concrete is directed by S. Craig Zaler, whose other films I have not seen and, judging by the filmography, he has few. I read good reviews about it, but I can’t say that I liked the film, besides it is very long – 2 hours 40 minutes. Two extraordinary cops are suspended from work after another detention out of uniform, which pushes one of them for family reasons to crime, his partner decides not to leave him. Everything unfolds and ends very badly for all participants, almost all die. Only one of the participants of this crime wins and shares the loot with the family of this cop. I started watching because of Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn playing cops, but if I hadn't, I wouldn't have lost a lot.
