The plot is much like "A Quiet Place." Blind, but “eared” monsters terrorize humanity, a family with a younger son and an older daughter are trying to survive and they are helped by the fact that the daughter is deaf, and the family has learned sign language and can communicate silently. Such a primitive description fits both of these films. And the timing is identical - 90 minutes.
And despite this, as if secondary and low ratings from viewers. I liked the movie even more than A Quiet Place. All because of the actors and Tucci and Shipka I really like and watch them very nice. Thanks to the “chemistry” of the actors in the film, you forgive all the tension of the plot (timekeeping spoils everything, the film asks to be longer) and its secondary nature. I enjoyed it (at second speed) and never regret it.
