The film is dedicated to the only successful uprising of prisoners of the concentration camp "Sobibor" (Poland). More than 250,000 Jews from Lithuania, Poland, the Netherlands, France, Czechoslovakia and the USSR were killed in the Sobibor camp. Used video from 1980: Alexander Pechersky, the organizer of the uprising, talks about the events; interviews with other prisoners of the concentration camp: Thomas Blatt, Chaim Engel, Semyon Rosenfeld, Alexei Weitzen, Esther Raab, Regina Zelinski, Julius Schelvis.
