This is an adaptation of the book by Ferdinand von Schirach, one of the main and key authors of modern Germany. I read the book before I watched it. There's a lot of emphasis on double metaphorical meaning. Ordinary as in real life. Detective atmosphere maintained. Absolutely no caralemized border.
In court, as in the sea, there is no certainty.
“It's just a game. Nothing personal.” (c)
“It may be a good idea to change perspectives to broaden horizons. "(c)
“If you didn’t have the courage to stand up and say then, do it now.”
As for the content part and format of the film: here intentionally reducing the rhythm of the narrative in space and showing judicial intrigue from the point of view of a scrupulous author's view in social society through the fuzzy and vagueness of the fetters of legislative law. And the way Franco Nero plays it is my applause. Texture and charisma. And power.
Why are you boiling?
Promised and shared equally:
One is a bagel.
The other is a bagel hole.
This is a democratic republic.

Be sure to read the book (written in German style, it feels like it) and watch a movie with a bit of ragged editing, but fragmentary ... due to this, the semantic load and the final point are not lost. Great movie. I recommend it. 👍
