French series, shot in the genre of a dramatic thriller, about a very difficult world of musicians "Philharmonic", 2018. During one of the concerts in the Paris Philharmonic, a misfortune happens - a conductor dies from a heart attack. The head of the Philharmonic is forced to obey the demand “from above” that the conductor be a certain Helen Barise, who falls on them not from somewhere, but from New York itself, where she fled 20 years ago from various difficult events in her life, not the last of which was the illness of her mother, because of which she constantly lamented that she did not kill her. The orchestra met her not very friendly, but she was full of energy, starting with sharp steps, one of which was the displacement of the first violin Vladimir, who was her teacher (she was herself a violinist), and replacing him with a young performer, whom she considered very talented. Things did not turn out well, one misfortune followed another, her marriage collapsed and many more events occurred, including a serious danger to her life. Moreover, she still seemed to be in danger of inheriting Huntington’s disease from her mother, a hereditary disease for which she was afraid to test. She has to face different circumstances, but in the end, you can hope that everything in her life will somehow improve. And people are, of course, very strange creatures at times, not all of them are mentally normal. I must say that the series is not bad, the actors are good, and the performer of the main role Marie-Sophie Ferdain graduated at one time from the conservatory in the violin class, i.e. the world of music is familiar firsthand, the film sounds a lot of classical music.

Meet Savi, a successful career woman working toward the next phase in her life—both professional and personal—simultaneously bucking for partner at her law firm while she and her husband, Harry, try to start a family of their own. Savi's free-spirited and capricious baby sister, Josselyn, couldn't be more different—living single, serial dating and partying, and regularly leaning on her big sister along the way. Their common best friend, April, a recent widow and mother of two, is rebuilding her life after tragedy and learning to move forward, with the support and guidance of her closest girlfriends. And friend Karen, a successful therapist with her own practice, reconnects with the girls after her involvement in a complicated relationship with a patient goes far too deep. close
