about how women live in the male world A sad story about women in the world of men, where tenderness, beauty, love and understanding come from a friend, but not from a God-given spouse. . .
The film is very atmospheric, completely wordless, imbued with feelings, memories, hopes, sadness, emptiness. . .
The emptiness within the heroes grows and consumes their souls. And only a small ray of light, flashing by chance in the midst of rain and snow, suddenly warms two young women and gives them both a brief moment of happiness. Of course, in the sullen world of men, this blossoming bud of mutual feelings will be torn, trampled, thrown into the mud. . .
Beautiful female acting work and completely bland, static male. All poetry and subtlety of feeling and perception are hidden on the female side. Rough reality, harsh gray everyday life only emphasize the special charm and grace of what fills the female hearts of heroines. Both heroines experience the whole range of emotions and experiences - from the first joyful recognition of each other to complete despair and longing from parting. Quietly and imperceptibly, they become to each other what they could not and did not want to give, each of them, their husbands - the most expensive, most amazing, most necessary in life, without which it loses all its colors and merges with the surrounding colorless and empty world.
Favorite, recently, the theme of non-traditional relationships played in the film quite restrained and decent, which allows you to watch these shots calmly, without internal tension and excessive curiosity (for which I am personally grateful to the creators of the picture). The film is not about this - a film about how to preserve the fragility and lightness of your soul where dreary reality erases the personality, and raging storms destroy the remnants of self-awareness. . .
I liked everything. But I do not put the highest rating just because the final was rather crumpled, in my opinion.
