In a small town comes a bandit named Romanian, wanting to negotiate with local bandits and turn the city into a base for drug trafficking. But in the town everything is run by the local authority Likhach. He's not gonna let strangers in. In the center of the gangster confrontation is a simple guy Pasha, who decided to leave the dying city with his bride. Pasha hopes that his small savings will be enough for them at first in the capital. But a drunk father spends all his money. In order to fulfill his promise and not lose his bride, the guy agrees to the offer of Romania.
