In the small village of Fedorovka-1 in the remote Orenburg steppe live two unique artists - brothers Alexander and Vladimir Burov. Both are very old, and both have had a hard life. In the village, they are considered eccentrics: like men and not shalopai, but engaged in some frivolous smear.
