KION has pleased me this time... Anna Nosatova, probably, can be congratulated on a successful, in my opinion, directorial debut in full meter (before that, she had only short films in this capacity). So the author of the idea and one of the producers of the series Vadim Ostrovsky, being the head of the Directorate of Cinema and TV series of NTV, made the latter a good fit, favorably different from the general line of film production for NTV. The series is not without some drawbacks, I do not understand, for example, why they saved on scenes such as the explosion of Chagin’s car, the accident of Karpov’s car and very clumsy combined shootings inside the car, even with a rather pleasant overall picture, it cut the eyes. All right, let's blame it on the trendy underfunding. There are plot inconsistencies, well, for example, a killer with epilepsy is something new. And in the rest - against the background of everything indistinct that is baked now like cakes - very decent. For all the time of viewing there was no desire to miss something and look half-eye. So the plot keeps in suspense from beginning to end, sometimes just like on the American-Russian roller coaster, although, having trained on such detectives, already in the first third felt that something was wrong with Vlad. The tandem of Chursin and Stoyanov is very successful, however, Maxim sometimes overplayed. Well, he had such a role was, say, more multifaceted than that of the straightforward and principled hero Chursin. And very pleased Krasilov, I did not expect from him such a soulful game, when facial expressions and eyes can work so filigree ... Thanks to everyone involved, I enjoyed watching. UPD: The complete lack of obscene language is striking. Is that the way to make a movie right now?
