A fairy tale for girls, big girls and not so much Girls of all ages will always believe in fairy tales and watch with a sinking heart how a sleeping beauty comes to life, how a monster turns into a beautiful prince and how grandmother and Red Riding Hood jump out of the belly of a wolf, whole and unharmed. They will watch these fairy tales again and again, but again and again they will worry that this time the sleeping beauty will suddenly not wake up, the monster will not turn, and the wolf has finally chewed. But - oh miracle! - everything is developing as well as possible, and the faith in universal happiness, living in the depths of the girl's soul, is not shaken this time.
But through rose-colored glasses, the big girls occasionally get skepticism, and they, drooling at the handsome Jesse Spencer, at the same time do not believe that this rich spoiled girl who so infuriated them at the beginning of the film, could change so much in the end. But here comes the uncomplicated song performed by handsome Jesse (ah, he is also talented!), the little actress dances some strange dance, all the problems existing in the film turned out to be trifles, and everyone is so happy that the viewer does not hold back and lets a stingy tear of tenderness, which, fortunately, is hidden from the surrounding her rose glasses. And she is ready to forgive the stupidity and arrogance of the main character, all the template, naivety and predictability of the plot, because for her the main thing is that everyone is happy.
