A cartoon about drug addiction. You can't smell the powder and laugh, or you'll lose your human form. Everything is right and unobtrusive. The ending, however, argues with this idea - the caliph regretted that he returned from the life of a stork to hated state affairs. Joking or not, I don't know for sure. Personally, I did not have enough in the cartoon to reveal images. It would be much better if it were explained why the sorcerer hated the caliph, how a fairy could get caught in his magic, and what happened in the palace in the absence of the ruler. Perhaps I’m spoilt for contemporary works where the fullness of stories and motivations of characters has become the norm. The cartoons of the 20th century look very superficial in comparison.
