A documentary about the last three days in the life of Janusz Korczak: a doctor, writer, teacher and director of an orphanage in the Warsaw ghetto. Knowing that he and his students would be sent to the gas chambers, he tried to keep it a secret from the children. Janusz witnessed the deadly ring clenching around the ghetto, and he passionately wanted to live. Despite the possibility of escape, Janusz remained with the children.
