Terezin was a concentration camp to which Hitler sent most of the notable creative Jews of the time: artists, poets, musicians, composers, actors, writers, dancers and singers. In conditions of imminent death, these giants of art, music and culture were mentors to the young prisoners of the concentration camp. The surviving children of Terezin recall in this film the hardships of imprisonment.
