The story about the difficult fate of an ordinary actor and some facts from the biography of the famous Ukrainian comedian Nikolai Fedorovich Yakovchenko, who became the prototype of the main character of the film. Mikhail Kolobok, a people’s artist who lost his life guidelines, became addicted to the Green Serpent, began to lose his family, his job, and the meaning of life.
