At the beginning of the Rwandan genocide in April 1994, a group of neighbors were filmed on a Kigali street. Years later, the cameraman travels to Rwanda to return to the people and events he accidentally captured on film. The footage stirred up memories of the tragic events and helped to figure out who was the victim and who of the neighbors became the killer.
