In the myths of many peoples there is a description of the arrivals from the moon of devices with unusual creatures. On the clay tablets of the Hittites and the inhabitants of Babylon there are stories about the landing of the moon god. In China and Korea flew shining heavenly eggs, from which came the lunar inhabitants. The Greeks claimed that once a terrible creature in a metal skin fell from the moon, this monster became famous as the Nemean lion and was killed by Hercules himself. The moon was especially important in ancient Egypt. In the holy book "Hathor" it is called a giant heavenly eye, always watching people. Ancient legends can be considered fairy tales, but recently scientists began to record strange and threatening changes in the behavior of the only satellite of the Earth.
How could an absolutely blind, illiterate peasant woman look into the past and future of her contemporaries, making mistakes quite rarely? Vangelia Guscherova more
How could an absolutely blind, illiterate peasant woman look into the past and future of her contemporaries, making mistakes quite rarely? Vangelia Guscherova was born at midnight from January 30 to January 31, 1911. Her name is still shrouded in mystery. The phenomenon of Vanga neither scientists nor people who knew her closely can not explain to this day. More than a million people from all over the world visited her. People came to her unknown and very, very famous - heads of state, major politicians and businessmen, writers and actors. The film is based on a unique story about a secret visit to Vanga in late 1995, the press secretary of President Boris Yeltsin – Sergey Medvedev. Ahead of this story was the appearance of representatives of Vanga in the Kremlin, who asked to convey to Yeltsin her request to come to Bulgaria as soon as possible. The clairvoyant was going to tell the head of the Russian state something important about the upcoming elections, the results of which for Boris Yeltsin were assessed in those days very deplorable. The rating of the current president did not exceed 4 percent. The visit of Sergey Medvedev to Vanga was carried out in strict secrecy. I see why. Otherwise, the opposition press would have blown it up immediately - on the eve of the presidential election, Yeltsin's headquarters sent its emissary to the fortune teller! How this story began, how unusually developed and what ended – all this the viewer will learn for the first time. Also, the film will tell about completely unknown episodes of the life of Vangelia Guscherova. The film crew visited almost all places associated with Vanga, which played an important role in the fate of the seer. No film crew has been there before! In particular, this is Novaya Selo in Macedonia, where fragments of the house in which Vanga lived with her father and stepmother, and the spring of Khanskaya Cheshma, where the culmination of the tragedy in the life of the prophetess, have been preserved. close

In 200,000 years of existence, man has upset the balance on which the Earth had lived for 4 billion years. Global warming, resource depletion, species extinction: man has endangered his own home. But it is too late to be pessimistic: humanity has barely ten years left to reverse the trend, become aware of its excessive exploitation of the Earth's riches, and change its consumption pattern. close

In the winter of 1959, a tragedy occurred in the Ural Mountains - a group of skiers died, which consisted mainly of five-year students of the Ural Polytechnic Institute. Nine people, headed by one of the students Igor Dyatlov, went on a ski trip. They never came back.
This tragedy, perhaps, today would have been forgotten, if not for the mysterious circumstances of the death of the Dyatlov group. And today, after so many decades, no one can say with certainty what caused the death of skiers.
The documentary "The Mystery of the Mountain of the Dead: Dyatlov Pass" tries to analyze the causes of the tragedy and among the most diverse, sometimes incredible versions, to find one that could bring together all the incredible facts that surround this mysterious, gloomy story.
The program is attended by Yuri Yudin, the only survivor of all the participants of the campaign - he did not go with the rest of the group in that last fateful transition. In addition, the authors of the film “The Mystery of the Mountain of the Dead: Dyatlov Pass” interviewed members of the search team looking for the missing Dyatlov group. close
