Sometimes happiness is a choice.
The short film “Woman in the Details” is a story about the fact that sometimes happiness lies in the ability to make choices. Director Zhou Kwon invited actress Akemi Luk, previously starred in the films Grandma Money, Into the Desert and the series "How to succeed in America." Other roles were played by Elizabeth Sang, Maya Massar, Jeff Marlowe and Cindera Che. The mother of a Chinese-American dancer has a hidden disease. This forces the heroine to reconsider her inner strength, look deeper into her soul, explore her own vulnerabilities, and better understand the power of loving her mother.
