The short documentary by the director Marian Riahi will tell about Iranian women practicing ninjutsu, a special martial art that originated in Japan. In a country like Iran, where women are seen as helpless and weak compared to men, such an occupation is considered far from feminine, so attitudes toward it are not at all unequivocal. Many obstacles must be overcome by female ninjas to not only learn to wave spears and nunchaks, throw shurikens and climb steep walls without any tools, but also to resist public opinion.
