The crime television series Na Forma da Lei begins with a youth party in 2003 where a young Eduardo is murdered. Five of his friends, witnesses to the crime, want justice to prevail, but the culprit manages to evade responsibility due to influential kinship. Nevertheless, the heroes do not leave thoughts about the triumph of justice. Some time later, all of them are again united by another crime, in which the same person – Maurice – is involved. Trying to use all legal means at their disposal, as well as looking for loopholes in legal acts, they will relentlessly pursue the killer.
