If you are morally ready to mix from "Milk from Khatsapetovka" and, God forgive, "Avatar", then you can watch the "Mermaid" shot at the box office once - to expand your horizons. How a comedy movie works is in many places really funny, you worry about the characters.
In the film, cheap-looking graphics, but the demanding viewer will not be confused by it. And, for example, big holes in the plot, covered with a frank squeeze of tears from the audience. Or the wonders of physics: mermaids fly out of the water like torpedoes at one stroke of the tail. How the heroine moves on the tail and what her relatives have a pain threshold (cruel jokes, where without them) is worthy of a separate study.
But in general, the glossy anthem for environmental protection, packaged in a romantic comedy about a mermaid-provincial, turned out to be quite cute, illogical (which is forgiven for such films about love), although exorbitantly bloody.
