Very interesting film, mastered on real events. Initially, I was afraid of farce and outright mockery, but the director managed to convey the ambiguity of the relationship between the main character and her retinue.
At first glance, it may seem that this is a story about a lunatic aunt who suddenly wanted not only to arrange social receptions and musical evenings, but also to perform independently. Immediately we see hangers-on and the transfer of the fairy tale about the naked king in a modern manner. But it's not that simple.
Yes, Florence is selfish, but very kind to others. It's hard not to empathize with her. And in her retinue are mostly grateful people who, by deceiving her and indulging her illusions, put her inner well-being above their own benefit.
As a result, it turned out a bright light film, which will lift the mood and make you think again about what is good and what is bad in modern society.
