More than six hours of filming of the Empire State Building, the tallest building in the world at the time, taken from a nearby skyscraper stationary camera, most of all resemble a human eye. In the frame does not occur too obvious changes, except that at night in the city lights up, and in the window glass sometimes reflects a human figure.
