Korean Superman While still a schoolboy, I heard a lot from classmates about this film, but I couldn’t see it myself and I regretted it. And 20 years later, I decided to catch up. Impressions from viewing are only positive.
The movie looks in one breath. This is a real Asian action movie, flavored with dramatic seriousness and a romantic component. This is the history of Korea, with its feudal and cruel morals and class inequality. But he appears - Gil Dong, the son of an adviser to Hong King of Korea, who selflessly helps save the country from various scoundrels, including from Japanese robbers "Black Demons". He is a superhero in every sense.
Some tricks are fantastic, but do not spoil the impression of the film itself. Beautiful landscapes of Korea and most importantly, the Soviet duplicate translation, all this makes you love this film, which has not lost its relevance due to the statute of limitations.
