But, reading the reviews here, I saw quite a few negative ones. However, they can be divided into two types:
1) Those who didn’t like the movie because it was different from the book. I haven’t read the book, so I can’t say anything. But I know some movies that are different from the book they’re based on, but I don’t like them any less. It's not a copy. It's kind of "motivated." Both the film and the book can be considered as an independent work, rather than comparing and criticizing, because “it is not so in the book!”
2) Those who didn’t like the movie because of bad acting. Well, I'm a fool at that, and I can't tell a bad game from a good one. Moreover, I did not look at the main character so much as I imagined myself in her place and understood everything that she felt. That's why I'm really into it. And if you just watch the picture, not empathizing and not sympathizing, well, then, probably, of course, the film is boring, and the actors play poorly.
8 out of 10
P.S. I need to read the book.
