The Norwegian documentary film “Doing the Norway” follows residents of the small town of St. Petersburg, Alaska, who celebrate Norway’s Independence Day in the most original ways. At the end of the 19th century, the Norwegian immigrant Peter Bushmann settled in these places, thanks to whose economic activity in the early 20th century, a city was born, named after an enterprising and hardworking Norwegian.
