Kawalek Lata (A Piece of Summer) is set in the summer, in the mountains, where his grandson came to visit his grandfather on vacation. Surrounded by wildlife, in the midst of mountains and forests, they struggle to find understanding. Slowly, step by step, their relationship to each other and to the world around them changes. The documentary Kawalek Lata (A Piece of Summer) has won many prestigious film festivals, including the 53rd Documentary Film Festival Dok Leipzig (Germany) for Best Documentary Short. The film "A Piece of Summer" put director Marta Minorovich.
