Richard Carl Lymon was born in Chicago in 1947. He lived for many years in Los Angeles, California. His first short story, Desert Pickup, was published in 1970 in Elery Queen's Mystery Magazine. Richard Limon is the author of 25 novels and more than 60 stories; he successfully worked in various genres - wrote stories for children and adolescents, thrillers, horror fiction, love and romantic prose. He died on February 14, 2001 of a heart attack.
