The first publications of Arseniy Alexandrovich began to appear in the twenties of the twentieth century: the collection “Two Dawns”, the poem “Bread”, etc.
In 1931, Tarkovsky worked at the All-Union Radio and on the instructions of the literary and art department wrote the play Glass. Since 1933, Tarkovsky began to engage in literary translation, the work on which was associated with creative business trips (Kyrgyzia, Crimea, the Caucasus). And in 1936, Tarkovsky met Antonina Alexandrovna Bokhonova, the wife of literary critic Vladimir Trenin. A year later, Tarkovsky left his family and in 1940 formalized a second marriage with Bokhonov.
During the Great Patriotic War, Tarkovsky worked as a correspondent of the front-line newspaper “Combat Anxiety”, on the pages of which his poems were printed, glorifying the exploits of soldiers and officers. By order of the commander of the front, General Bagramyan, Tarkovsky wrote the song “Guards’ Dinner”, which was very popular in the army.
In 1943, near the town of Vitebsk region Tarkovsky was wounded by a bursting bullet in the leg. After the war, Bohonov diverged from Tarkovsky. He suffered a hard break and for a long time did not engage in creativity. However, since 1951, the poet officially married T. A. Ozerskaya, who for many years accompanied the poet on business trips as a secretary. He continued to write poetry, went on creative business trips, seriously engaged in astronomy. In 1962, he published his first book, Before the Snow. In 1966 - "Earth - Earth", in 1969 - "Bulletin".
In 1986, Andrei Tarkovsky died. The death of his son was a terrible blow to his father. The disease began to progress and in 1989 Arseny Tarkovsky died. The poet was buried in the cemetery in Peredelkino. /
