EugeneVictorovna Head. Born in Moscow in a family of filmmakers. Grandfather - a famous Soviet cinematographer - one of the founders of the Russian camera school Professor VGIK Head of the Department of Cinematography. Grandmother was an actress of silent cinema mom for many years was the editor-in-chief of the creative association at the CSDF.

Graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Chemistry of the Moscow Institute of Chemistry and Technology then the Department of Non-Fiction Film Directing of the Higher Courses of Directors and Screenwriters (V. Troshkin’s workshop) then the Advanced Training Courses in the specialty “Director of Television and Video Film”. She worked as a freelance journalist in the newspapers “Evening Moscow” “Socialist Industry” in the magazines “Smena” “Peasant” “Young Guard”. In 1976-1990 - Director of the CSDF. In 1990-1992 - Artistic Director of the EGO Studio of the All-Union Center for Film and Television for Children and Youth (now Rolan Bykov Foundation). In 1993-1994 - Director of the Studio of Documentary Films TO "Ekran". In 1994-1998 he was artistic director and producer of the Archive-Collection studio. In 1998-2000 - producer of the film production department of the Ostankino TTC. Since 1999 - General Director and Director of the Studio "Golden Ribbon".
In 1982-1993 she taught installation at VGIK and VKSR. Since 2004 he has been teaching the course "Fundamentals of Directing" at the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University.
There are over fifty films in the cinema.
