Graduated from the Yekaterinburg Theatre Institute in 1995. In 1998 she was invited to the Red Torch troupe.
After graduating from the institute, the actress in distribution got to Izhevsk. Shortly working there, she wrote a letter to the main director of “Red Torch” (then it was Oleg Rybkin) with a request to take her to the troupe of the theater – Irina’s classmates Oleg Mayboroda and Maxim Bityukov already worked here.
Rybkin not only took the actress to the Torch, but immediately gave her the role of Elena in the play A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare. This first work brought Krivonos success and recognition of viewers and critics: at the theater competition “Paradiz” of the Novosibirsk branch of the Union of Theatre Workers of Russia, she received the “Hope” Prize for the best debut.
All hopes were fulfilled - fervent and lyrical, natural and grotesque, the actress is able to make any of her roles interesting and bright.
According to the results of the competition of the best acting works of the 80th season, the jury of which included 19 leading theater critics and journalists of Novosibirsk, her Natasha Prozorova in the play “Three Sisters” by A. Chekhov was recognized as the best supporting role.
