Yoichi Higashi is a leading Japanese director, winner of the Berlinale Silver Bear for the film. "Dream village" , the prize of the festival in Montreal for the film “My Grandfather”, awards of several film festivals and the award “Blue Ribbon” from the community of film journalists and film critics of Tokyo for the film “Third”, as well as many other awards.
