How to become a lady and should I? In the center of the plot are four attractive guys and one unattractive girl (Sunako), with whom they live in a posh mansion and try to make her a lady to get rid of rent. At first glance, nothing remarkable, but consider this story more closely.
In the anime, a slightly strange drawing: most of the time, GG is shown as a strange schematic figure of small stature and without a face, and only at emotionally important moments acquires a normal human appearance. Not that it's a bad thing, just an amateur.
Guys surrounding GG (this is also a haremnik), also on the amateur.
They are presented to the viewer as stunning handsome people, but in my opinion they have a too feminine appearance (although, a brunette with a book is still nothing). However, after a while you get used to it and look normal, especially since each hero has his own character and history.
GG's nosebleed every time she sees a handsome person is a little annoying. Given her surroundings, this happens several times in a series.
Honestly, I disagree with those who call Sunako a maniac. If I were forced on four guys and had to cook/wash/clean up after them, and they imposed their opinion on what a woman should be like, I would probably kill them all. Why does Sunako have to do that, she's their housemate, not their housekeeper? And even more so, she does not have to listen to their advice about her own appearance and hobbies (and here she does not hesitate to send them). Well, that's the Japanese mentality, the perfect girl - choreographer and hard worker. Honestly, for this Sunako can be put a plus and leave her alone.
I really like GG. She is unusual (how many girls are fond of horror films and collect anatomical mannequins?), caring, honest and brave. In those moments when she overcomes her fear of the outside world and stands up for loved ones, she is beautiful. Decisiveness makes her a different person, which is not often seen.
I like the gothic elements of this anime, it looks interesting. It is not vulgar and quite funny, there are also dramatic scenes.
In general, anime makes you think about many things. Is appearance that important? Sunako wasn't loved for her. On the contrary, she was accepted with all her strange habits and hobbies. It didn’t have to change and conform to accepted standards. Who knows, maybe only one of the heroes could fall in love with such a non-standard girl?
In the course of the plot, both interesting compassionate personalities and cruel immoral people could open up in attractive external characters.
Is it worth meeting and communicating? Closed GG spends all the time locked up in her room, but after leaving it she finds both friends and enemies.
Should it depend on the opinion of others? What does it really mean to be a lady?
Sunako seeks answers to these questions and goes a long way, working on himself and overcoming his fears. And for all this, it is worth watching this anime.
