The favorite and main hobby of your obedient author is embroidery. Only those who understand this needlework will be able to understand what a pleasure it is, when on a flat canvas cross after cross, stitch after stitch begins to appear picture. You can even say that I am a real embroidery maniac and there are tens and hundreds of thousands of such in the world. Someone embroideries on sets, where the manufacturer has fully worked the scheme to the last nuances, someone is not afraid of huge multicolors Golden Kite, HAED and others, someone is planted on beads, someone decorates with embroidery applied things and clothes. And, of course, stumbling upon a film with such a native and close name, it turned out to be difficult to pass.
What's the result? It was expected that the film will be if not dedicated to embroidery, then it will at least be of key importance. Unfortunately not. Replace the profession of heroines with cooking, painting, jewelry, blacksmithing - and nothing will change, except that instead of needles and threads in the frame there will be something that corresponds to this type of hobby. And it's nothing but a slapdash. Why, then, should there be such an emphasis in the title on the occupation of heroines, if they could with the same success and forged fences to create. Well, with the fences I bent, of course, but the meaning is clear.
As for the cast - the main character has one facial expression for almost all occasions. We see a dying person or we get joyful news - you can compete with the Terminator in facial expressions, and a couple of moments when a grimace distorts the face of almost manny heavenly look - well, thank God, not a robot in front of us. Next to such an acting game, it is very difficult not to look preferable, so there is nothing much to say about the others.
The plot is quite ragged, the scenes change each other without a clear connection. It is absolutely not explained - neither in dialogue nor behavior - who is who, and only long after you begin to guess that this woman is a mother and this girl is a friend. There is no intimacy at all between the characters, rather the opposite - in each second scene there is an awkwardness, as if they do not know each other and have no idea how to behave with each other. The duration is short - but the intricacy and incomprehensibility of the show gives the impression that the film is much longer. What can I say, if the best in it were the songs of Louise Attaque, which were the only thing that was really alive, it is a pity that they were so rarely and little sounded. Add to this the resentment of completely shattered hopes to see the emphasis on embroidery, and not use it as an element that carries absolutely no meaning and we get
