So, the Fuma Clan Conspiracy throws us into the thick of things. OVA begins with the fact that Goemon Ishikawa XIII is married to a girl named Suminaw Murasaki. Everyone dressed up for the occasion, even Lupin in a strict suit! He will wear his green jacket later. . . How suddenly the wedding ceremony was attacked!! The purpose of the attackers: obtaining a mysterious vase, inherited by the Suminawa family for four hundred years! The attackers, as soon as they turned out, were agents of the clan Fuma... And, since access to the clay vase was blocked by the four of our heroes in the person of Lupin , Jigen, Fujiko and, logically, Goemon, the relic was saved, but Murasaki herself was replaced... With a demand for an exchange! Next, as in old Hollywood: Dkevyushka in exchange for an artifact
And then... And then we manage to understand that not only Fuma planned the operation with the vase, but also our livers for this part and granted!!! Cunning scammers and scammers, what to take from them! Otherwise, they can't live. Oh, this criminal romance! By the way! And here is Zenigata!.. (There, as it turned out - I do not know, I do not observe the sequence in viewing - here Dzenigata is already gray - Lupin somewhere, once staged his own death - so the inspector had to be surprised, before he came to his senses!)...
Actually, as it probably became clear, the plot rests on the secret of treasures hidden from prying eyes in the cave. In the cave with "surprises" for unwanted visitors and other "guests." Boss Fuma (his name is: Boss Fuma) actually so plotted the plots that four of our heroes-pioneers themselves were the first to pass and neutralize the path to wealth. Simply put, with other hands to warm up the heat. And as corny as it may sound, Boss Fuma is not a clichéd villain hero! There's charisma and resourcefulness. Here's an example:

As the golden rule goes, a movie is only as good as its villain. It's not a character-function! No way. It would seem that in such, roughly speaking, filler (oh, still no!) issue so prescribe an antagonist ... I don't care. Not! We did our best. .
Still, it's a little too simple. Yes, a tape in the spirit of "National Treasures". The franchise tradition is preserved. But it didn't surprise me much. And yet it's a good, strong piece of work. For Boss Fum and for hallucinogenic gas, I color the review in green and... continue the march on Lupin III! .
