Of course our two are looking for a catch. But there's no catch. It turns out that Zenigata was removed from the case for the capture of Lupin, he with grief rises to them to... get drunk! And yet Zenigata is a good cop! There, in his pocket there is a document on the transfer to the case of the largest smugglers - ' international' (as they call themselves) organization ' Shotshell'... What did Lupin do? Right! To rob this organization! To do this, the thief decides to steal the Russian submarine 'Ivanov' - to attract attention. So the interests of Lupin and Zenigata, although different, are in the same plane! You could say he was in a hurry! . .

On the release worked another team of animators (and this is accurate information!), in connection with which the result can be unambiguously canceled with a plus sign! Screenwriters are coming up! And the TV movie 'Lupin III: Dangerous Voyage' could be released into theaters without any complaints!!! Money, money... It all comes down to money, alas! And the risks... (although one of the other just leaked).

Inspector Zenigata is removed from the Lupin case, so he comes to him and gets drunk with grief. After drinking, it turns out that the inspector was thrown into a hopeless case - to catch an international group of smugglers with weapons - Shotshell. Lupin decides to steal Shotshell’s money from the sale of weapons, for which he develops a plan – you need to have something impressive, for which the group itself must contact Lupin. The Soviet nuclear submarine Ivanov is a rather impressive gift. However, in the footsteps of Lupin is Kate, who replaced as inspector, and Shotshell themselves have their own interests in both Lupin and the boat.
Favorite characters work together: Jigen Daisuke with a gun instead of a woman, Ishikawa Goemon the Thirteenth with a katana as with her best friend, Mine Fujiko is beautiful and seductive, Lupin is inimitable. The graphics are old - villains are square and in some places disproportionate. A lot of action in the dark, and some plans end in static pictures. Despite the plot from the category “fire a ballistic missile, and everyone remains alive” – the film looks pretty cute and is completely childishly fascinating.
