I found out about this cartoon quite by accident. So I decided to look. And what I mean is, I've never cried so much in a movie like this one! I'm 17! And I just fell in love with this cartoon. Starting with the fact that it has a very exciting plot, beautiful scenery, as I understand it, painted in watercolor. I do not like cartoons at all, I never watch, especially modern ones, where just graphics already turn inside out. And this cartoon is drawn. And that's a huge plus!
And even its strangeness does not interfere with watching. You just need to abstract from the fact that the bear stole the child, and the bear dressed him in the skin of his dead newborn bear, and from the fact that the boy understood the bears and calmly communicated with them, and also learned to fish, seals in cold water. Don’t ask too many questions as we used to. Take these facts for granted. That the cartoon is most often a fairy tale, and in fairy tales there is a lot of strange things present.
In general, this cartoon, as already written here, is a must-see for everyone! And I also want to agree that a lot can be gleaned from 'The Boy Who Wanted to Be a Bear'.
