Dead earth. He came out of nowhere. Naked and completely drenched in blood, guided only by a known target. Who is he? No one will say this, even if they meet him, but these meetings will be truly fatal. He came from nowhere, but there he will not return.
The film “Revenge of the Dead” in 2004 is an excellent representative of thrash cinema. Shot on a budget of $72,000 by a little-known director, Sheldon Wilson, the film leaves a creepy and strange impression after watching. In an effort to tell the audience the story of revenge, the director created a dark and very bloody film, which stood out among the abundance of similar to him with its eerie atmosphere, created by the work of cameraman John P. Tarver and the soundtrack of Steve London.
Because the film thrash acting leaves much to be desired. There are no truly charismatic characters in the film, unknown actors play a little weak (only the character of Rocky Marquette seems the most integral) and the whole film is based solely on anticipation of scenes of violence.
I recommend this good mystical horror to all fans of horror films and thrash.
