Knights of the sky! In Soviet times, cinema never forgot anyone. In addition to traditional sports, the directors shot such “exotic” pictures. By and large, the work of Yuri Georgievich Ivanchuk is almost documentary. He fought for it boldly, because at one time he graduated from the Military-Political School of the MGB, and then from the History Department of Tomsk University. The film filmed a team of paratroopers of the Armed Forces of the USSR. It couldn’t have been any different!
The script was written by Eduard Shim, in the creative biography of which there were already many famous films: “Strogov” (1975), “Order: Fire Not to Open” (1981), “Order: Cross the Border” (1982) and others. He made a bet on the lyrical storyline, because one ideology will not be fed. The story turned out to be reliable, which was largely facilitated by the music of the composer Georgy Nikolayenko. Alexandra Yakovleva played Zinaida Gostilova exceptionally bright. In the picture, all women in jump suits look spectacular.
Elena Yelanskaya – Olga Filatova – created an image that deeply sinks into the soul of the viewer – a very strong, but very lonely woman. Alexander Fatyushin played a good doctor. Like many and many other actors. The film turned out to be very bright and spectacular. After watching, there are exceptionally positive emotions, but with a slight degree of regret - now I do not shoot such films, and if they are removed, then with gang shooting, which is necessarily tired to the end. But “Parachutists” is an exceptionally emotional educational film!
