Love is the most important wealth in the world. Another cute and charming movie I watched two days ago. I really liked that story. And especially that the main role here was played by Tusshar Kapoor. I used to see him only in secondary roles, and in the images of cute, cuddly, touching characters, or vice versa in the role of bandits (as in the film "Shootout in Lokandval" , which I watched last week). Here Tussar is very charming, it is simply impossible not to fall in love with him. His hero Karan, a very kind, sincere and open guy, sincerely and truly loving his childhood friend Puju.
Puju, by the way, was brilliantly performed by Karina Kapoor (strangely enough, with all my attitude towards her), this is, I think, her best role, in which she was natural and organic from beginning to end. I just enjoyed both Karina and her character Pujai.
I enjoyed every minute of the film. Tusshar played very well and generally smart and good (by the way, I only recently learned that he is the son of a famous and beloved by many Hindus, actor of previous years, Jitendra). For me, it really was a discovery, I did not know that Gitendra, also Kapur. And Tusshar very honorably continues the work of his famous father.
The best film in the career of both Karina and Tusshara. Very light, romantic and disposing film, giving only positive and joy. Just a balm for the soul. Musical numbers are very memorable, and not only landscapes, but also beautiful dances. Karina - the very youth, charm and touching, Tussar - such a sweet, tender, touching, loving, the very charm, naivety, and (I repeat) the charm itself.
The father Puji is, of course, cruel. So arrogant and arrogant, so insensitive and angry. I've never seen rich dads like that in a movie. Of course, there were different ones, but no matter what people do not put around them at all, I see this for the first time, even with my many years of experience watching films. And his act at the end of the film, it does not climb into any gate. He doesn’t care about everyone, even his own daughter, in the first place for him only his own “I” and inflated ego. And the actor who played him is not very pleasant on the outside, which is probably why he was taken to this role. He performed it perfectly.
But I really liked the family Karana. Kader Khan as a loving and reverent father, just great. As he supported his son, as he helped him in everything, such a father is the dream of any man. And the mother performed by Himani Shivpuri turned out to be no worse than the mother who is always performed by Rakhi Gulzar or Nirupa Roy. Also very loving and sincerely worried about her children, a woman.
And the only one who was incredibly annoying in this film, and without whom it would be easy to do, is Malika Sherawat. I don't know her very well as an actress. But in this film, she's a brash, hysterical girl, sticking her nose in everything. I don’t like such people either in life or in the movies, they have problems. Her love for the Karan did not believe a drop, she was too selfish. And the actress herself is far from beautiful. Karina, on her background (in this film), was simply magnificent (although she is also far from perfect). But even her participation in this film does not spoil him at all.
The film is wonderful, very cute, cheerful, life-affirming, almost completely devoid of drama and hysterics, light, fascinating, romantic, after it there is a very pleasant aftertaste. Now I will keep it in my collection as a cure for melancholy and trouble. Watching it is very much worth it - the mood is 100%!
