My movies are from the trash! Young Demons
Check out the original title of the movie, The Brotherhood 3. You got it right, this is Brotherhood 3 from old DeCoto. Amazing thing, but the triquel is significantly different from the previous two parts of this (allegedly) magical franchise.
First, there are practically no homo-erotic scenes, i.e. such signature moments for DeCoto with a hint (one or two, no more). If you (for some reason) included Brotherhood and Brotherhood 2, now you agree with me, it’s very strange. The fact is that DeKoto loves such sketches (they clearly help him stretch the timekeeping and not only, a-hee-hee).
Secondly, the triquel went in the direction of a real youth slasher. Yes, poor and cheap (of course), but still slasher. Although closer to the finale, “Young Demons” reminded me of the horror horror “Night of Demons 3”. It's all the fault of gross makeup, of course. In short, we are introduced to a company of teenagers who play peculiar role-playing games.
That is, they sneak into school at night, dress up (in knights), set traps and play. The game is not going according to plan. For the heroes begins to hunt a maniac in a mask and hood (half a demon, I don’t know, I did not delve much into another obscurantist nonsense from DeCoto).
Watching this GostFace (for the degraded) go after the oh-so-slowly stupid teenagers is unbearably hard. I had to constantly restrain my vomit, looking at the clock. There was no massacre (practically), but an overdose occurred with the Slow Mo regime. Actors are terrible (standard for Mr. DeCoto).
What struck me the most was the fact that DeCoto's films were released long ago on licenses. The first three movies have professional translation, damn it! Were there no more worthy paintings? Cruel. Translators need a strong belt for this franchise. Like those who duplicated Goblin 4, ah heh heh.
Save your time and nerves!
