It's the scariest movie it's very bad and terrible and idiotic and remove the word life after people is a bad movie and never watch this movie at all and thank you for your attention.
It is exciting and enlightening and depressing. One of those classic documentaries that is great to watch and watch. It is always interesting to find out how much we influence the world, whether we help or only harm it.
The film is based on the concepts of environmentalists. It should be noted that the loss of pets is greatly minimized. Animals in aquariums and zoos, in pens, sheds or houses would die, except for the very few who could somehow escape. Most surviving cats and dogs will make sterilized individuals, of the wild ones that escaped from captivity, hardly find food, a couple and will be able to adapt to a different climate. If you think about it, the movie is even less comfortable. However, although there will be many individual losses, still the species now on the verge of extinction will survive in the absence of humans and will thrive.
Still, some units of people could be lost somewhere, so the film better fits the title ' Life without civilization'. After cutting off energy and destroying fragile media, future survivors might think that the general decline came long before the disappearance of people, starting with a decrease in the number of books. As our civilization evolves, more and more of its attributes will be in digital form. But books can last longer than flash drives and computers, and in a general collapse, all the information stored on computers without a support system to maintain them will be useless. . .
For many years and to this day, humanity has been striving for power! Excessive desire to get as much as possible from the planet will eventually affect us. The authors of the film “Life After People” decided to fantasize about the existence of a planet after the complete disappearance of mankind!
One way or another, the authors were able to convey the further independent development of the planet in great detail, as if people no longer exist, but their cities remain! The authors cite the example of ghost towns that exist now, left by man to be torn apart by time! But for a complete picture of what will become of the modern city in 10,000 years or more, there are few excursions to abandoned cities! Modern man does not do without the help of technological innovations, so computer graphics are used in such creations! It's very attractive! With the help of special effects, the authors managed to translate the idea into a visual image! Overgrown with flora and filled with fauna megacities are the consequences of very obvious reasons! Without human intervention, everything he has created for himself will cease to function and become a ruin! After all, people are an integral part of the world they created - the world of machines and technologies!
Over time, nature will put everything in its place: shed a river on the former highway, destroy the last reinforced concrete building with water and wind, and centuries later on its ruins will grow a tree on which birds will build their nests. Just as a person concentrates on work, discarding unnecessary thoughts to create something new, so the Earth is cleansed of excess on its surface, so that new life arises in the form of plants and organisms!
The Earth is capable of further development without human participation.
We offer the prospect of the end of the world in the format of documentary films. After watching it, I wondered why the creators of this series did not dare to talk about the possible causes of the disappearance of humanity, whether it is an unknown disease, mass suicide or abduction by aliens. However, this show still leaves a small loophole for the lucky few who are lucky (but lucky?) to stay alive.
In this project, such elements as real ghost towns, falling skyscrapers and a precise focus on the study of places left by people are closely intertwined.
The possible consequences of the destruction of urban infrastructure are also revealed. A variety of hypotheses about the future of the planet are expressed, supplemented by 3D reconstructions. All of them, for the most part, point to the unhappy fate of the greatest buildings of our civilization.
The topic unfolding here is certainly very reverent for most people, because we do not know why, we are told only how traces of humanity’s presence on this planet are gradually disappearing. And this cannot leave anyone indifferent, especially when we can watch these changes live. In broadcasts, time flies so fast that we really understand how all our “eternal” and “most, most” buildings and achievements disappear day by day.
The films feature representatives of various professions: engineers, architects, historians and ecologists. They are ready to answer all the questions asked. Based on their experience, carefully studying the remains of pre-existing civilizations, as well as the structure of the modern world, they tell what can await us, or yet how the planet will come to life after us.
Frequent shots on the screen are the ruins of once prosperous cities, as well as monuments of art. All this is quite real, because the Ukrainian town of Pripyat a quarter of a century ago was abandoned in just one night. This is just one example.
Every lover of science fiction or disaster films, as well as everyone who is curious about what it feels like to be the last person on planet Earth, I advise you to watch this truly fascinating show “Life After People”.
Man’s sovereignty over nature has always been an illusion.
How wonderful the filmmakers are backed up by scientific information. It is very pleasant to watch great, realistic graphics and stunning plot. From the very beginning, when the period without people was very small, it became very interesting and I was sure that it would be even more tempting. And I'm not wrong!!!
How much time it took us humans to achieve everything we have, technology, buildings, inconceivable machines and weapons, and what a paltry time it takes nature to win everything back! Animals live in the wild for hundreds of years, and suddenly come out of their usual habitat. Nature is our protector, she is stronger and more powerful than us!
The film makes us think that we, in our information age, who know and know so much, use all the resources of nature, are not the masters of our lives!!
The film is informative and very necessary. Thank you for an interesting hour and a half spent watching!
After watching the film, I was under an incredible impression. All moments look believable, fascinating and informative.
The filmmakers ' Life After Humans' try to reflect the subjective reality of what awaits our planet if we all suddenly disappear. Imagine for a moment: no matter what the reason people died in one moment, but all our houses, cars and pets are left, presented to themselves at the mercy of fate. Human megacities will have to wage a long but unequal battle with the forces of nature, which is reclaiming its personal space. And how many years will the creations of men endure before they fall under the onslaught of the elements, turning to dust?
If there is such an alternative future for the planet as a whole, it will be beneficial. Nature will eventually win back everything taken by a person from her: on the site of beautiful, high-rise buildings, once-cut forests will grow, animals will begin to settle and restore their population, and after a million (even less) there will be no trace of human civilization.
It took humans 30,000 years to conquer Earth, and it took Earth 30 years to erase the basic signs of our being on it. After 100 years, all concrete buildings collapsed.
There was no more of us and nothing left of us. Earth has become a green and blue planet again. She was completely cured. If I could, I would make people disappear for a hundred years and the Earth healed. It is important to understand that we are destroying nature, and therefore to some extent ourselves. After all, nature can do without us - and we do not without it!
I would recommend everyone to watch this movie. Especially those who are interested in post apocalyptic themes and the fate of the world created by human hands.
Yeah, they did. Well done, fantastic! One very interesting thing, where did we all go? If this is a global epidemic for humanity, then animals would probably be affected, at least by primates. Why did the creators lose sight of such human activities as mining, nuclear energy and maintenance of various kinds of enterprises with a continuous cycle of work. If people suddenly disappear, planet Earth will face a global cataclysm. Destroyed without maintenance of oil and gas storage, destroyed dams and all sorts of pipeline systems in which the pumps will still overtake, on the other hand, large-scale fires from crazy unattended equipment, explosions at nuclear power plants for the same reason ... and it is all over the world. .
Well, if only, according to the creators of the film, people before leaving carefully and correctly silenced everything possible, curtailed all production and turned off the power supply, then - yes! I will believe.
It is worth admitting that the film has an interesting concept, which received a good embodiment. In addition to the voice of the narrator, ' Life After People' accompanied by magnificent fantastic landscapes. In addition, it is not every day you will see the destruction of so many familiar and popular objects. There are really a lot of them in the movie. It should be noted that the viewer will be shown places that are a living example of what can happen if a person leaves civilization and never returns. In the film sound interesting thoughts that leave food for thought. It’s a great movie to show how the Earth will live. It turns out that the disappearance of people no one is particularly upset, nature will only be easier. Even cats and dogs will continue their evolution without us. The jungle will consume the cities, all the greatest creations of man will be destroyed (with one exception), there will be almost nothing left. What's wrong with that? Yeah. But man’s place in the universe is right. Without exchanging for details, I will say that the film is good enough for a wide range of viewers. It may be inaccurate in the details, but the very essence is clear - "Nature can without us, and we without it - not." The film is not for “sofa nerds”, but for those who are just interested to see one of the options for the development of events on the topic “Earth after people” and just rejoice in Mother Nature.
I recommend it to everyone. Especially for lovers of alternative history and multiple civilizations. It gives an opportunity to reflect on the impermanence of humanity, its civilization and its high opinion on the geological scale of measurement.
People, as they are, are selfish. They think everything revolves around them. Apocalypse? Nope! We will simply make a service to nature our disappearance; let it flourish. The liberated nature from the yoke of man will shake and the balance will be restored, except for one species. By removing humans from the food chain, the world will continue to exist. It will be as powerful as it was before. In the end, everything will come back to normal.
In a hundred years, no one will notice our absence. Nature will spit out all memories of our existence as if we never existed. Therefore, it is ridiculous to think about your own greatness on a planetary scale.
The film made a great impression. Perhaps this is why such studies are needed: so that people think about what they are doing and what it can lead to.
P.S. I didn't think the cockroaches would miss us.
The film is very informative and breathtaking when you look at everything that happens to the planet after the disappearance of mankind. Nature will take its course and the planet will not perish even if there are no humans on it.
On the one hand, it is good that nature will expand its borders, revive where people used to live, the appearance of vegetation and animals in non-residential areas will lead to a new civilization. But even that doesn’t justify what will happen to the planet. Large cities will begin to collapse and gradually disappear, dams and bridges that used to protect and help avoid flooding will soon begin to break and collapse, leading to flooding of the terrain. Poor animals, after the disappearance of people, some of the species will begin to die out, because without people they simply cannot live, first of all, pets will die, and those who survive will become feral and begin to eat carrion, which will soon lead to their disease and kill them. There will be nothing left of human existence, everything will be wiped off the face of the earth.
Looking at these pictures of our collapsing civilization, it frightens me that nature, though reborn, is killing off some of what man once built and made. The planet looks terrifying, all in ruins and thickets, everything looks like an apocalypse. Our home, planet Earth, will become unrecognizable, little will be known about human activity, and a future without humans will be terrible.
It's an educational film. It was interesting to see what would happen to the planet without us. The film shows all possible changes and decay of buildings, structures of various materials. In my opinion, the film should once again prompt us to think about how strong nature is, that it is capable of restoration and at the same time, how destructive the human impact is. The film is visual, not because of the category of another warning of mankind, but that nothing lasts forever, and people and the whole civilization once began, and someday will end. As they say, nothing lasts forever!!
A science film in which scientists discuss what will happen to the planet if we disappear, and how long the planet will recover after humans.
For centuries, people have built cities, created artificial natural zones to support their needs. Scientists are scratching their heads “how to restore endangered species of plants and animals?” The answer has always been on the surface – complete freedom for these species. The film also gives examples of territories that have suffered disaster or were simply suddenly abandoned by people, such as Pripyad. This once again proves the validity of the film on real events.
The film is based on the Law of Natural Selection.
Everything is destroyed... Man for centuries created monuments, artifacts. It had only one goal: to transfer experience and innovation to the next generation.
This is a very informative film that teaches us not to joke with Mother Nature. I like the production of the film, the beautiful picture and the overall chic computer simulation. The special effects played no small role. I believe that they helped to reveal the idea of the author, and not fade away the main idea. It's all very well here. The only thing that disappoints me is that the film is based on real events. Therefore, we do not need a planet called Earth.

A gorgeous film, beautiful shooting, impressive computer simulation.
But most importantly, the conclusion is that the Earth will not die without us. But is that true? In the film, it is clearly stated what results will result from the lack of control of nuclear power plants by humans - thermal explosions and, as a result, large-scale contamination of the territory of the planet with radioactive substances. But it's not right away. A week or two...
But! The filmmakers either knowingly or unknowingly missed a much more important nuance of the situation ' should all the people disappear...' The revelation is horrific: within an hour, much of Russia, North America, Europe and Asia will become a radioactive desert. Reason? Robotic system 'Perimeter' (also known as 'Dead Hand') in Russia, and at least the United States has a similar analogue. The meaning of its work - without having signals from the General Staff, the head of the country, etc. the system ' makes a conclusion ' on a nuclear attack and the destruction of the General Staff and Without Man gives the order to launch a command missile, which, in turn, launches all available nuclear missiles, both underground, ground-based and underwater, on the previously introduced targets of a potential enemy.
The result is terrible - all living things, if they do not die, will be restored for a very long time.
So, Imho, the influence of man on the planet Earth, the filmmakers still underestimated, although they tried.
And just for that nuance.

The following points seemed particularly interesting to me. First, it is a force of nature, which absolutely does not care whether there is a person on earth or not. With the absence of a human being, it expands its boundaries. Where there used to be asphalt, green grass grows, and feral cats and dogs run. It's fun to see that. Secondly, the quality of computer graphics was surprising. The footage of the Eiffel Tower falling and the Golden Gate Bridge collapsing is really cool. This is not something you see every day. And thirdly, it seemed very interesting to think that if this happened, the reminders of our civilization would quickly disappear, while the pyramid of Cheops would remain standing for many thousands of years. And all because earlier people built buildings for centuries to leave the memory of ancestors. Thanks to preserved Egyptian characters, for example, we can learn a lot about people who lived thousands of years ago. Nowadays, more and more information about our lives is stored on electronic media, which are very short-lived. In general, this thought seemed particularly interesting to me. Makes you think. I suggest everyone watch. 8 out of 10 Original
