It was a boring night when I was browsing the internet looking for some drama. I caught Alan in the eye with a word of mouth. And then I decided I had to see it. It was a pleasant surprise that his partner was Barbie. She is a very versatile actress. So I stocked up on chips, tea, and, just in case, handkerchiefs. Ahh. I've been looking at it. While watching, three feelings literally exploded in me: tenderness, anger and hysteria.
Allan and Barbie played great! But kisses would be more frank. But it's not bad! Sometimes I wanted to punch them in the head so they could stop fighting. I had to count how many times in a drama these two could argue over nothing! Alan's a guy somewhere! Beautiful plus kind and caring!!! And I really liked his worldview. Only one argument on the subject of friendship is worth a lot! Barbie’s character was annoying at first. Okay. Rich and narcissistic, but just terribly stubborn and proud. But I am glad to see how it progresses.
Now, anger. I was just pissed off by Shang Dong's parents and Xin Lei. The first – ordinary bourgeois, the second – are too accustomed to living in luxury! “We even tried to look for work,” her mother said tearfully, walking around in pearls and gold necklaces. Yes, we have pensioners who are over sixty and do not complain. Thankfully, Xin Lei's mother was finally rehabilitated in my eyes.
As for Qin Lan’s friend from a distant childhood. Even she didn't piss me off like Xi Xian, Xin Lei's friend. In the last few episodes she looked like a robot. I'd like to hit her off a Geum Jang Di! She's a strange person to that degree. I am very interested in how her life turned out, which remained behind the scenes. I hope she at least apologized for her behavior. But B. Joo, on the contrary, I really liked it. Such a lively, cheerful girl with a very loud voice. By the way, I did not even think that this actress was so talented. After all, six months ago she played in “Silence” rather bitchy girl.
Shang Dong is a prince without a horse. Very charming, with full face capable of driving mad. But. I only saw him in the last series. Before that, he was just a rich kid, used to obeying his mom and dad. The main character, he kind of loves, suffers, but his life is more expensive for him. On the one hand, this quality is good, but not all ladies are satisfied.
I was also very happy to see Fang Fang play Grandma Qin Lan. It was fun that she played his older sister in Hi, My Sweetie. Fighting woman, but so cute! I love her!
By the way, a very great joy for my eyes was the beautiful Fujioka! He played a very important role in the fate of the main characters. He finally pushed them to take decisive action! Thank you so much for that. And also Harlem Yu! I love his songs! And then I finally saw him! (The last series of "Flowers" does not count!)
In principle, for Taiwan, this drama is decently long, but, starting with the tenth series, I could not do without a stack of scarves. These endless twists and turns where the main characters crossed. Sometimes they were separated from each other literally a few meters!! Fortunately, the end was so bright and kind, and most importantly, good, that this hassle can be forgiven. I'm in a hurry to mark the osts! I loved Alan’s songs and opening performance by Megan Lai. And the constant highlight for me was the quotes at the end of each series. They really impressed me. We got it. That’s why it’s in my computer now.
Bottom line: 8 of 10. Deducted 2 points for his nerves. After the drama ended, I felt a great relief. They're finally fine! And thank the director! Which, by the way, loves Alan very much, if you remember "Fire Basketball" and "My Sweetie."
